This project consisted of abatement and demolition of a two story strip mall and Royal Bank. The building was at zero lot line along both road frontages and rear of building. City would not allow for sidewalk closures. Careful planning and safety procedures had to be put in place to protect the public and city infrastructure. The project went very smooth and came in on time and on budget. 75% of the building was recycled and diverted away from landfills.
