Project consisted of site preparation for new 50,000sq ft mushroom growing facility. To get the building envelope up to the desired grade Asara mined out gravel from future sediment pond location. This operation brought Champs Mushrooms a substantial savings as opposed to importing gravel from Quarry. Topsoil from building envelope was used to fill the mined area back in which had further savings eliminating the cost for disposal off site. Project also included erosion and sediment control, under ground utilities site clean up and updates to existing farm.
