For this project, we handled the demolition and clearing of existing homes to prepare the site for a new 71-lot subdivision. Our team executed all earthworks and road building, moving 75,000 cubic meters of structural material. Using GPS machine control, we ensured precise cut-and-fill operations to grade, delivering a highly accurate and efficient result. This project was particularly rewarding, as the precision achieved in the earthworks laid the foundation for a seamless subdivision build.
